Lithium polymer(Li-Poly batteries) and Lithium ion battery converts chemical energy into electric energy by the movement of lithium ions from positive electrode to the negative electrode . The number of negative ions indicate how much the energy available in the battery when we pluck the the charger in the phone socket the lithium ions move from positive electrode to negative electrode it will charging but when we play the game(other phenomenon like video , app open etc), the ion movement can change from negative electrode to positive electrode.

If you anybody can say I found phone on road I will kept it and go on shop and the mobile can be make new basically the mobile repairer by "Laser therapy" it can delete the data in ROM and new ROM can be substituted.but it can be danger for your phone rarely repairs can replace the ROM
